​As standard, most cakes are coated with a layer of yummy chocolate ganache before the fondant covering or buttercream coating is applied – this is to increase the stability of your cake and to ensure it has a smoother finish and sharper edges. If you would prefer your cake without ganache, please request this at the time of booking.
